Grimm Sleeper trial is still on hold?

The Grimm Sleeper, a suspected serial killer from California is still behind bars on 10 counts of murder and one count of attempted murder as the trial is still pending. After being captured in 2010, it seems logical that they would fast track this case to trial, however, we re nearing the end of 2014 and we have yet to see this man step foot inside of a trial court room, even after a movie had already been made about him, showing his guilt. Will The Grimm Sleeper ever be convicted, and are they just waiting on more victims to be found or come forward?

New York Zodiac claims to be the California Zodiac.

The infamous Zodiac killer has never officially been identified by police, however there has been speculation for quite some time. The Zodiac murders took place in Southern California, but decades later a similar event takes place across the county in New York with a series of murders being committed by a man who calls himself the Zodiac and maintains that he is the one and only.

Now the New York Zodiac was identified and apprehended, but investigators claimed that they have verifiable evidence to prove that the New York Zodiac is / was not the same person that committed the California Zodiac killings. What's your thoughts?
